I’m Jana – your health & fitness coach in and post menopause! As a woman in her 40ies, a mother of two lovely girls, a handball coach and self employed I know how challenging this phase of your life can be.  With more than 20 years of experience in the sports and fitness industry, I’m your go-to expert for health, fitness and mindset. My passion and enthusiasm for fitness will surely not only help you lose stubborn belly fat and feel amazing again, it will also inspire and motivate you to ensure that you don´t lose your motivation! I provide personalized coaching sessions for both individuals and businesses, tailored to your language preference—whether in German or English—and offered either in person or online, depending on your location.

During our personal coaching, we will begin with a detailed consultation to create a custom training plan just for you. In addition to in-person sessions, you’ll have access to my BODY ONE app, where your training plan is always at your fingertips. My goal is to help you discover the joy in movement, because that’s the key to staying consistent and healthy in the long run.

With a Diploma in Health Business Administration and certification as a Fitness Specialist, I bring both expertise and an unwavering passion to every session.

In Germany, we’re famous for requiring certifications for almost everything—so, I have a wall full of them! From yoga and Pilates to body shaping, mobility training, running, and strength training, I’m well-prepared for almost any fitness challenge. I’m also a certified mental and swim coach, with a special focus on medical fitness training. No matter your starting point, we’ll work together to find the best approach for you.
